The CFO will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth, particularly in the areas of financial planning, and business operations analytics. This executive will be responsible for financial statement presentation, overseeing financial planning, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a finance or accounting function, with at least 15 years of experience, and a proven track record of leadership. Experience in a private equity-backed or technical service organization is a plus, as the company has a focus on acquisitions and a roll-up strategy.As the CFO, you will be a key partner to the CEO, VP of Operations, and VP of Business Development, working closely with them to improve margins and enhance profitability. The role involves not only financial management but also acting as a strategic partner to the executive team and equity sponsor. The successful candidate will be adept at interpreting financial results, leading M&A activities, and ensuring the company's financials are in compliance with GAAP. Additionally, the CFO will be involved in process improvement, particularly around warranty claims, rebates, and co-op advertising expenses, and will lead projects related to financial planning, accounting hierarchy, and reporting systems.
