The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors, overseeing financial health, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Key responsibilities include financial forecasting, risk management, technology modernization, HR systems, audit oversight, and investment strategies. The VP will also be tasked with designing and elevating the systems and structures that support the organization's mission, particularly in the advancement of rights for women, children, and families.Applicants for the VP position at the company should be collaborative, detail-oriented leaders with a proven track record in financial and administrative management. The role requires a minimum of 15 years' experience in supervising staff, managing organizational budgets, and proficiency in accounting software and non-profit financial management tools.
