Director, NeuralSync DPU Program

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Lead the NeuralSync DPU program at Chillicothe end to end: hardware development, final assembly & test operations, and the validation lab that supports the campus's ongoing expansion. *What you'll do:* * Own program roadmap, budget, and delivery across dev and manufacturing * Build and lead the engineering and production organization * Own CM and supplier relationships for upstream fabrication * Drive quality, yield, and cost targets * Represent the program to executives, customers, and partners *What you'll bring:* * 10+ years in hardware programs, 5+ in leadership * Experience taking boards/modules from NPI to production * Strong CM/supply-chain fluency * BS in EE/CE or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
