Position: Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: South Bend, Indiana (100% onsite)About The Opportunity For An Accounts Payable SpecialistGreat opportunity for an entry-level accounting professional or recent graduate to build hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.Join a supportive team that will provide training and guidance to help you succeed.Work with modern accounting systems and gain exposure to invoice processing, vendor payments, and accounting operations.Overview Of The Accounts Payable Specialist RoleReview invoices and match them to purchase orders to ensure accurate processing and timely payment.Work within the company's purchase request system and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to enter and process invoices.Process recurring invoices, such as utilities and other monthly expenses.Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox and assist with preparing electronic vendor payments (ACH).Maintain electronic records and supporting documentation.Help track upcoming payments and update payment schedules.Use Excel to maintain reports and provide payment information to the accounting team.Preferred Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist RoleAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.Previous Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, internship, or office experience is a plus, but not required.Basic Excel skills and comfort learning new software systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.Salary$42,000 – $45,760 annuallyClick here to apply online
