They manage the day-to-day team workload, plans and coordinate projects and can be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the marketplace. The goal for this role is to support client investment initiatives and help develop and maintain Infinite Roar partnerships.ResponsibilitiesKnowledgeStrong understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughoutStrong understanding of client’s business and goalsUnderstanding of how client business objectives translate into media investment and management strategiesStrong understanding of the investment processStrong understanding of the overall media marketplace and partner landscapeFirm understanding of partnership opportunities, deals and termsStrong understanding of agency Terms + Conditions and media partner contracting processStrong understanding of agency investment toolsFirm understanding of partner invoice portalsDay-to-DayOversees the daily execution of Investment Management team tasksResponsible for managing timely delivery of team projects and tasksConsulted for partner contractual needs, such as IO notes, SOWs, etc…Advances best practices in investment process, efficiencies, etc..Responsible partner payment mitigation and resolutionResponsible for Marketplace Position reportingResponsible for execution of ad hoc projectsInternal + External RelationshipsResponsible for developing talent, delegating appropriately, and ensuring teams are working smoothlyResponsible for managing and prioritizing team assignmentsProvides clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization and measures of success to all key stakeholdersFosters a positive work environment Provides expertise and shares knowledge with junior team membersDelivers constructive, actionable feedback to teamBegins to develop working relationships with client contacts as necessaryContinues to develop relationships with key media partnersCollaborates internally with leadership across capabilities and teamsContinues to develop relationships with key Groupe teams, such as ReSources and Business OperationsAble to navigate proper support for Investment systems and toolsContributes to new business efforts as neededQualificationsMinimum of 5+ years media planning or buying experienceHands-on experience in the CPG and/or retail spaceDemonstrated linear TV and CTV/OTT investment experience (upfront negotiation, flighting strategy) combined with fluency in streaming, digital direct, and performance channels.Experience managing integrated budgets where channels are optimized against business outcomesMust be on-site at client location 2x week2+ years management experience2+ years recent years of experience in media investment systems and tools Additional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
