This company specializes in rope access, scaffolding systems, high-rise window cleaning, façade access, and exterior maintenance, and is known for strong safety culture, repeat clients, and complex projects in urban environments. They are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee field execution, safety, crew leadership, and operational performance across high-rise and access-driven projects. Role Summary The Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, field leadership, and safety oversight for high-rise and access-based work. This individual will manage crews, coordinate logistics, ensure compliance, and act as the bridge between field teams and senior leadership. This role requires hands-on experience with rope access and/or scaffolding environments, strong people leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with both crews and clients. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required due to crew composition. Project Type High-rise window cleaning Rope access and suspended systems Scaffolding and swing stage work Façade access and exterior maintenance Commercial and multi-story properties Job Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations across multiple high-rise and access-based projects Manage, schedule, and support rope access and scaffolding crews Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and jobsite inspections Coordinate equipment, rigging, scaffolding, and access logistics Serve as the primary point of contact for field crews and internal leadership Monitor productivity, quality control, and job performance Support hiring, training, and development of field personnel Communicate project updates, challenges, and staffing needs to leadership Assist with job planning, sequencing, and operational improvements Qualifications / Requirements 5+ years of operations or field leadership experience in rope access, scaffolding, high-rise, or window cleaning environments Strong understanding of suspended access systems, rigging, and fall protection Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Proven experience managing crews in high-risk / high-rise work environments Strong safety-first mindset with OSHA compliance knowledge Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within DFW Eligible to work in the United States Preferred (Not Required): SPRAT or IRATA certification OSHA 30 Experience managing multi-crew operations Legal & EEO Language Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
