Senior Mechanical Design EngineerThe customer is primarily looking for a senior mechanical design engineer with semiconductor/vacuum-system experience. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with 8–15+ years of experience designing semiconductor equipment, vacuum systems, or precision electromechanical systems, with strong Creo/ProE, Windchill/Enovia, large assembly, sheet metal, machining, welding, materials, and manufacturing experience.Job Summary:Very good experience in onsite-offshore coordinationManaging large assemblies and system layout using reference geometryIn-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, sheet metal forming & operationsVacuum system designDevelop conceptual and detailed designs using 3D modeling software packages (ProE/Creo, etc.)Proficient in 3D solid modeling using CAD, preferably ProE/CreoUnderstanding of materials and fabrication techniques for vacuum systemsBe able to work in a multi-discipline and multi-culture global organization.Be flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on priority changes.Excellent writing skills and verbal communicationGood knowledge of engineering materials in the design environment.Experience in reverse engineering can be an added advantage.SEMI (S2, S8) standards/semiconductor domain experience added advantage.Tool Requirements:CAD Tools: Creo (working experience), AutoCAD.PLM/PDM Tools: Enovia, Windchill.Microsoft Tools: Knowledge in Visio, Publisher, and other MS Office tools.Notes: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Benefits: Danta offers a compensation package to all W2 employees that are competitive in the industry.
