This role oversees budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships, requiring strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionPlan, organize, and manage all project resources to ensure successful deliveryEnsure safety, quality, budgets, and schedules are consistently maintainedTrack and report project performance, including timelines, costs, and profit/lossClient & Subcontractor ManagementServe as the primary point of contact between Icon Builders USA and clientsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersNegotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsFinancial Oversight & ReportingReview subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure accuracy and valueMonitor project profitability and key performance indicatorsEnsure project financials align with company budgets and performance goalsQualifications & SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction project managementProven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while leading project teamsBenefitsIcon Builders USA offers a competitive benefits package, which includes:Medical insurancePaid vacation and holidaysCompetitive compensation and additional benefits
