Call or Text us: 815.886.2300 Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking Loader/Unloaders to join our team. This position involves loading and unloading boxes weighing between 30 to 60 pounds, stacking them onto pallets, and shrink-wrapping the completed pallets for shipment or storage. Responsibilities: Load and unload boxes from trailers or production lines Stack boxes neatly and securely on pallets Shrink-wrap pallets to prepare for transport Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Requirements: Ability to lift 30 to 60 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable and punctual Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience a plus
