Technical Delivery Manager with JIVA DescriptionLocation - Remote / EST work hoursDuration - 8 monthsAccountabilityServe as the single point of accountability for technical delivery on assigned projectsOwn delivery of all technical components for assigned initiativesAct as the primary escalation point for technical risks, issues, and delivery blockersEnsure solutions are integrated, stable, secure, and production readyCross Functional CoordinationCoordinate technical delivery across internal teams, including application development, infrastructure, data, quality assurance, and operationsCoordinate delivery activities with third party vendors and external partners, as applicableIdentify and manage cross team dependencies and integration pointsPlanning and Execution ManagementDevelop and maintain technical delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and dependenciesTrack technical progress against agreed upon plansProactively identify and drive resolution of delivery risks and issuesManage technical delivery timelines and resource utilizationSolution and Architecture AlignmentParticipate in solution design and technical architecture discussions as requiredTranslate approved designs and requirements into actionable technical delivery plansEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and operational readiness criteriaGovernance and ReportingProvide concise and regular technical status, risk, and issue reportingRepresent technical delivery interests in project forums and working sessionsProduce and maintain required technical delivery documentation and artifactsRelease and Production ReadinessSupport change management, release management, and service transition activitiesPartner with operations teams during go live and stabilizationEnsure an orderly and complete transition from project delivery to production supportDeliverablesThe TDM Shall Produce And Maintain, As ApplicableTechnical delivery plans and schedulesRisk, issue, and dependency tracking artifactsTechnical status and readiness reportsRelease and production readiness documentationTransition and handoff documentation to operational support teamsDeliverables shall be maintained throughout the engagement and updated as scope or priorities change.Minimum QualificationsThe assigned TDM shall have:Prior experience with JIVAExperience working on integration and system implementation related projects and deliverablesExperience with SQL, SSIS, and/or .NET Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT initiatives in a technical delivery or technical program roleStrong understanding of application systems, infrastructure, and system integrationExperience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and vendorsStrong issue management, escalation, and problem solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and deliver outcomes in a contracted rolePreferred QualificationsExperience within healthcare and/or regulated environments Knowledge of Population Health Management within Managed Care Organizations.Experience supporting large projects with aggressive timelines
