Principle Duties amp; Responsibilities: Proper weighing amp; documenting of each order as received Proper tagging of all incoming orders in real time Maintain Hold areas as required contacting customer to collect missing information Maintain transfer areas amp; coordinate transfers in a timely matter Scale count parts as required Loading amp; unloading trucks as needed Ensure plant organization amp; cleanliness Procedures o Receiving procedure 72-01 o Shipping procedure 75-06-01 o Tagging procedure o Transfer procedure o Clifford-Jacobs receiving procedure o Clifford-Jacobs shipping procedure o On Hold procedure o Media/Scanning procedure o Tool Steel check list External Shipping o Correctly fill out Bill of Ladings for shipment o Create packing slips for shipping RMG o Use Fed Ex or UPS for small shipments o Verify packaging is suitable prior to shipping Minimum Requirements: All hires are contingent upon a 9-panel hair follicle drug test amp; background check. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Acquire/maintain forklift certification Experience: prior shipping/receiving work required Hard Skills: Understand Bluestreak amp; Microsoft Office software amp; use it Understand ThermTech's quality policy Fluent in English (speaking, writing, amp; reading) Basic computer skills Basic math knowledge Safety-focused mindset Soft Skills: Excellent written amp; verbal communication skills Excellent time management Attention to detail Organized Self-motivated Able to work collaboratively with others Customer-focused Active listener
