Employee Relations Assistant

?????The Employee Relations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the employee relations function, helping to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. This role will assist with handling employee inquiries, maintaining documentation related to employee concerns, and supporting investigations and conflict resolution processes. In addition, this position will partner with HR team members to ensure consistent application of policies and support ongoing employee engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist with intake and documentation of employee relations concernsMaintain confidential case files and track investigation statusesSupport HR managers in conducting employee relations investigationsPrepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to ER casesAssist with scheduling interviews and meetings related to investigationsHelp monitor employee disciplinary actions and ensure timely follow-upSupport HR policy communication and compliance initiativesConduct initial research on employee relations issues as neededAssist in maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable labor lawsSupport employee engagement and workplace culture initiativesSkills & Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situationsKnowledge of basic HR functions and employment laws (preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to remain neutral, objective, and professionalProficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ferretti Search is an award-winning Recruitment Firm specializing in Executive Recruiting and Staffing.
