Application Support EngineerLocation: Albany, NY Duration: 2-3 years ContractRequirements:60 months of experience in Windows server support48 months of experience in Oracle products or applications (including but not limited to installs, upgrades, fixes, system changes, adapter deployment, analysis of system logs, etc.)60 months of experience in writing and tuning complex SQL queries.60 months of working experience with one or more of the following:.Net/ASP/VB Script/Batch Script36 months of experience administering Oracle Service Cloud or MySQL Database or OPA60 months' experience performing various types of testing (automated, performance, unit, system, UAT, etc)24 months experience using/administering Google Cloud Platform including Big QueryResponsibilities:Providing application backend system support and being on call as required.Support application backend in Windows Server 2016-2022 environments, production on-call/off-hours support, troubleshooting, system issue analysis & resolution, and developing technical documentation.Develop, maintain web applications in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JAVA and.Net.Oracle service cloud (Right now and OPA Hub) development and support for all Client Applications.Write, Modify, Maintain and tune complex SQL statements for performance.Perform day to day administration in Google Cloud Platform including Google Big Query.Guiding technical meetings and support calls.Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Perform various software testing duties as required, including system testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, automated testing, etc.Set up and maintain Oracle cloud computing systems, Custom Object deployment, Workspace/Workflow development, Agent Scripting, Custom Process Model, Business Rules, Add-ins, Widgets, developing in a Multi-Site Environment.Migrate code, database changes from Lower environments to Production.
