Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates will drive the success of our hiring process and contribute to building a high-performing, diverse workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategiesSource potential candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networksScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualificationsManage the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checksCoordinate with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate the offer and negotiation processBuild and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future job opportunitiesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycleUtilize recruiting metrics and KPIs to optimize the recruitment processStay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fieldProven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruiting roleKnowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsExperience with applicant tracking systems and HR databasesStrong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer brandingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a remote work environmentProblem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges effectivelyProven ability to work independently and in a team settingUnderstanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitmentSkills: recruitment,interviewing,sourcing,communication,negotiation,time management,problem solving,teamwork,recruiter,hiring
