Fullstack Engineer – React/Node.js + AWS + PythonDuration: Long term contractLocation: Boston, MA – Onsite preferred; Remote considered for exceptionally strong candidatesInterview Process: 1–2 Internal Video Interviews + 1 Client InterviewJob Summary:Client is seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in React, Node.js, AWS, and Python to support application development and modernization initiatives for a leading financial services organization.The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development capabilities, experience building scalable web applications, and hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. Candidates should be comfortable working across the frontend and backend while contributing to architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and Python.Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js and Python.Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services.Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and cloud services.Participate in application architecture, technical design, development, and code reviews.Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.Troubleshoot application issues and support production deployments.Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and cloud modernization initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with React.js.Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.Strong programming experience with Python.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture.Experience with modern software development practices, including Git, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with distributed teams.
