Construction Project Manager?? Location: In Person?? Job Type Full-Time $ Salary Range: $110,00 – $140,000We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate highway and heavy construction projects from planning through completion. This role oversees project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on timeand within budget.Key Responsibilities• Manage project contracts, documentation, and schedules• Develop and maintain CPM construction schedules• Oversee field operations and coordinate subcontractors• Analyze plans, specifications, and project proposals• Perform quantity takeoffs and track project progress• Manage vendor solicitation • Review subcontractor bids and prepare project documentationQualifications? 3+ years experience in highway or heavy construction? Strong planning and organizational skills? Knowledge of civil construction practices and materials? Experience with CPM scheduling preferred?
