This is a union environment with strong job security, competitive wage structure, and pension benefits.The maintenance team is expanding and seeking experienced professionals to support high-speed production operations.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems supporting production equipment in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.Conveyor and production line experience is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, inspect, test, and repair electrical systemsInstall and connect wiring, conduit, fuses, breakers, starters, and control systemsMaintain GMP and housekeeping standardsRead blueprints and technical documentationMaintain electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsUtilize computer systems for documentation and troubleshootingQualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED requiredTechnical/trade school graduate or apprenticeship preferredMinimum 2 years of manufacturing electrical experienceExperience handling all levels of power voltageStrong troubleshooting skills with minimal supervisionBlueprint reading proficiencyExperience with production equipment controlsKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsMust pass background check and drug screeningPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in plant environment with temperature variation and dustProlonged standing, bending, crouching, climbingAbility to lift up to 60 lbsBenefitsUnion Benefits (Pension Included)Competitive wage floors and ceilingsStrong job security12 Paid HolidaysOn-site trainingOn-site eventsPay: $32.50 $34.50/hour (based on experience)Eligible for Overtime + Double Time on extended shiftsUnion Position Teamsters2ND & 3RD SHIFT ONLY3rd Shift:10:00 PM 6:30 AM (Sunday Thursday)2nd Shift:2:00 PM 10:30 PM (Sunday Thursday)2:00 PM 10:30 PM (Monday Friday)
