Quality Technician- Flexible Schedule-SIGN ON INCENTIVE

Dynamic Sealing Technologies (DSTI) of Andover, MN is looking to hire a Quality Technician.Quality Technician- $25-$27 per hour starting + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus + Flexible ScheduleWe're looking for a hands-on Quality Technician to join our team in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with precision parts and want a role where you can learn and grow, this is a great opportunity.In this role, you'll inspect parts, verify quality standards, and work closely with manufacturing to ensure everything meets customer and company requirements. We provide training on our systems and processes. You just need to be comfortable using a computer and willing to learn.Duties for a Quality TechnicianWhat You'll DoInspect incoming and finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Handle and examine precision machined components. Conduct visual inspections (welds, plating, surface finishes).Document inspection results and support production teams.Work with engineering and manufacturing to resolve quality issues. Tools & skills you may use (We will train!):CMM and other inspection equipment.Reading Engineering drawings and basic GD&T. If you have experience with some of these areas, that is great! If not, we are willing to train the right candidate. What We Are Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision partsAbility to problem solve and make sound decisions in a production environmentComfortable using a computer (Microsoft Office or similar systems)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
