If you're passionate, driven, and ready to be part of the journey, we want to meet you.Position Overview:The North Texas Facilities Manager is responsible for performing all preventative day to day maintenance, minor repairs, preventative upkeep, and quick-response troubleshooting to ensure all North Texas locations remain safe, functional, and guest ready at all times.The ideal candidate is flexible with availability, proactive, organized, professional in guest-facing environments, and comfortable traveling between multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Preventative MaintenanceNoticing early signs of equipment wearMonitoring plumbing performanceInspecting electrical componentsIdentifying sanitation risks earlyRecognizing environmental changesReplacing consumables and parts proactivelyGeneral Maintenance & RepairsTreatment rooms and guest areasPlumbing (non licensed repairs)Electrical (non licensed repairsEquipment and AppliancesWalls, Windows, Doors and FinishesSafety and compliance repairsFurniture and FixturesFacilities SupportDay to day minor repairsMonthly scheduled detailed facility inspectionsMonthly, quarterly and bi annual scheduled preventative maintenanceAble to travel between 8 spa locations within the DFW metroplexVendor and Operations Team CoordinationCommunication with the Director of Operations to coordinate all repairsExperience & Requirements:2+ years of handyman, facilities, or maintenance experience (multi-site experience preferred)Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseComfortable working in guest-facing, wellness-focused environmentsProfessional, clean, and respectful demeanorAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasksBasic smartphone/computer skills for work orders and communicationExperience in maintaining and repairing facilitiesHVAC technician certification is a plusFlexible schedule with the ability to provide urgent support before and after business hours.Compensation:Salary Range - $75,000 - $90,000 AnnuallyBenefits & Perks:Medical, Dental & Vision Health Benefits401KPaid Time OffComplimentary Hiatus MembershipRetail DiscountsAdvanced Education & Development
