Our client, a growing and diversified food company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive retail and foodservice growth across branded and private label products.This role is responsible for expanding distribution, managing broker relationships, developing promotional strategies, and growing top-line revenue and profitability across multiple product categories.Key Responsibilities• Grow sales, margins, and brand distribution within assigned territory• Manage and hold brokers accountable through KPIs• Develop promotional plans and analyze ROI• Build strong customer and category-level relationships• Drive new business development and product launches• Forecast sales and profit performanceQualifications• 5 plus years of experience in retail grocery or foodservice sales• Experience with branded and private label products• Strong understanding of category management and promotions• Proven ability to meet revenue and profit goals• Willingness to travelIf you are driven, strategic, and ready to grow brands while protecting profitability, we would love to connect.
