Job Description – SCF SMELocation: Jersey CityKey Responsibilities:Functional Domain ExpertisePerform comprehensive functional testing across SCF and banking applicationsAct as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supply Chain Finance, covering products such as:Vendor FinanceDealer FinanceInvoice DiscountingPayables/Receivables FinancingProvide domain guidance to developers, testers, and business stakeholdersAddress offshore and onsite business queries and provide accurate clarifications and domain solutionsTranslate business requirements into detailed test cases and test scenariosAgile Practices & CollaborationActively participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demos, and RetrospectivesConduct or attend walkthrough sessions with developers, clients, and business stakeholders to understand new or updated user storiesGather story-specific queries each sprint and ensure closure by coordinating with Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Team LeadTest Management & Quality AssuranceEstimate effort for test deliverables in each sprintPerform requirement analysis, test design, execution, and defect lifecycle managementTrack daily testing activities, risks, dependencies, and resolve blockersReview test cases created by team members to ensure adequate coveragePerform defect logging, tracking, retesting, and closure using JIRA or equivalent toolsContinuous ImprovementStay proactive in learning new tools, processes, and domain advancementsIdentify gaps, issues, and process improvements within the testing lifecycleSuggest improvements for SCF workflows, controls, and testing processesHighlight risks and blockers early in each sprintStay updated with SCF domain trends and technology enhancementsRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience in Functional TestingMandatory domain knowledge of Banking and Supply Chain Finance applicationsExperience in client interaction and requirement clarificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and QCGood to Have:Accessibility Testing experience"All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran"
