Retail Associate/Inventory Manager

Job description PSG FR Clothing & Workwear is a full-service uniform company specializing in protective clothing. We provide uniforms for companies working in several industries, including: oil & gas, refining, transportation, industrial contracting and more. At our North Salt Lake location we operate a small retail store as well as a wholesale warehouse where we fulfill company uniform orders. We're currently in need of a retail associate that will also help manage inventory in our warehouse. We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and a self-starter. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are musts. Retail Associate Duties: Provides customer service in person, via, phone email, & text Contacts customers, as needed, to keep orders moving toward completion. Greets and handles customers when they drop off and/or pick up orders. Processes orders via B2B online, instore, or by phone into QuickBooks software Creates shipping labels, invoices, credit memos and any other customer related book keeping Works closely with manager to assure inventory accuracy & that order deadlines are met. Assists walk-in customers at our retail location with placing orders, sizing and general questions. Inventory Managment Duties: Assist with inventory control/managements of our warehouse Receive in daily shipments in from vendors & checking for order accuracy Reporting any inventory shortages or inaccuracies to supervisor Assist in packaging & processing orders for shipment to customers Must be able to lift 35lbs on regular basis Organizing & cleaning warehouse as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Commute: North Salt Lake, UT 84054 (Required) Ability to Relocate: North Salt Lake, UT 84054: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
