Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) – Contract (12 Months) 📍 Remote | ✈️ 10–15% Travel 🗓 Start: End of MayWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to support global clinical trials with a focus on Eye Health studies. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring strong ownership, independence, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.What You’ll DoLead the operational management of local clinical trial activities from startup through closeoutEnsure delivery against timelines, budget, recruitment targets, and quality standardsServe as the primary point of contact for CRAs, investigators, vendors, and site staffPartner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure patient safety and data integrityOversee trial execution in compliance with GCP and regulatory requirementsManage vendor relationships (including imaging vendors) and external stakeholdersIdentify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategiesRepresent the function in internal/external meetings (sites, inspectors, stakeholders)Utilize systems such as Veeva (e.g., Veeva Vault) for document management, tracking, and trial oversightWhat You Bring5–10+ years of clinical research experience, with strong CTM-level ownershipProven experience managing sites, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholdersExperience with Veeva/Veeva Vault strongly preferredAbility to work independently and take full ownership within ~2–3 monthsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills in complex environmentsSolid understanding of clinical trial operations, GCP, and regulatory requirementsExperience working across multiple studies or therapeutic areas is a plusComfortable leveraging AI tools and technology in day-to-day workflowsEducation RequirementsBachelor’s + 6+ years clinical research experience OR Master’s/PharmD + 4+ years OR PhD/MD + 2+ yearsAdditional DetailsFully remote role with 10–15% travel (site visits, investigator meetings, trainings)Focus on Eye Health trials, including coordination with imaging vendorsIdeal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and able to hit the ground running quickly👉 Apply directly to be considered.
