Remote Education Consultant

In this role, you will have a significant impact on customer success by designing and delivering engaging training experiences tailored to diverse client needs. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, coordination with stakeholders, and the continuous enhancement of training materials. By guiding customers through their learning journeys, you will empower them to unlock the full potential of the products and services offered. This collaborative position requires an understanding of both instructional design principles and customer-centric approaches to enhance the overall learning experience for clients. Accountabilities Lead the development of customized training plans for individual accounts. Facilitate engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions and onsite training. Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer goals and challenges. Design and execute Train-the-Trainer programs for customer teams. Collaborate with Customer Education Specialists to maintain training assets. Analyze and improve existing content based on feedback and performance data. Manage instructional design projects from conception to delivery. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design in a SaaS environment. Proven facilitation skills in virtual and classroom settings. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models. Proficiency with eLearning and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
