Dispatch Operations ManagerOur client, a growing mechanical services company in the Hartford area, is seeking a Dispatch Operations Manager to lead a centralized team and drive day-to-day operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong dispatch, scheduling, and team management experience.Job ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of 5-8 individualsOversee daily operations including technician scheduling, customer communication, work orders and servicesDevelop and improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and best practicesMonitor and report on key operational metrics including technician utilization, response times, drive time, and work order statusPartner across the organization to maintain consistent processes and deliver exceptional customer serviceQualifications5+ years of leadership experience in dispatch, service operations, field service, logistics, or a similar environmentProven ability to lead teams, manage change, and improve performance metricsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsMechanical services industry experience is a plusThis position is open due to growth and continuous internal promotion.
