We are building at a pace and scale that requiresconstruction leaders who can manage complex projects from structural build-outsthrough full interior fit-out and readiness for operations.As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction - including sitedevelopment, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and finalturnover. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationshipsacross large-scale industrial projects that integrate both core/shell construction anddata-center tenant-improvement scopes.This role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating multiple trades, navigatingcomplex technical requirements, and delivering high-quality facilities on time and onbudget.What You'll Be Working On:Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope,MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-outManage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safetyOversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVACdistribution, and interior layout changesMaintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change ordersConduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standardsCoordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioningteamsProvide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and costEnsure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standardsWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering,Architecture, or related field5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)Experience with large commercial/industrial projectsStrong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systemsProficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, BluebeamExcellent vendor, schedule, and communication skillsAbility to travel :30%Bonus PointsData center or mission-critical experienceManaged $100M+ project scopesLean construction or sustainability experienceHeavy MEP or electrical systems backgroundBenefits:Competitive compensation and equity packagesRestricted Stock UnitsPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programsComprehensive health, dental & vision insuranceEmployer contributions to HSA accountPaid parental leavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityProfessional development & tuition reimbursementMental health & wellness supportCommuter benefits (parking & transit)Cell phone stipend401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salaryVolunteer time offGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistanceDaily meals allowanceAdditional perks & programs specific to locationCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $135,000 -$170,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
