Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. QUALIFICATIONS:To be eligible for an internship, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program or entering senior year of high school throughout the duration of the internship.Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independentlyEffective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external partiesPrioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
