As a Part-time Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate, you would have a variety of responsibilities including: Greeting and interacting with our customers, to provide a positive shopping experience for all. Providing excellent customer service on the sales floor, assisting customers in locating desired items, providing information on our features, sales/return policies, etc. Monitoring fitting rooms, counting/confirming the number of items taken into and out of fitting rooms. Preparing items not selected, for return to the sales floor. Returning merchandise to the sales floor. Performing sales transactions, utilizing cash registers. Restocking, straightening, and maintaining merchandise on the sales floor in a neat, orderly fashion. Assisting in the recovery of the store at end of the day.
