No problem—we provide full training.What You’ll DoAs a Quality Inspection Supervisor, you’ll ensure products meet customer expectations and company standards while leading and developing your team.Key Responsibilities:Set up and manage new inspections, sorting, and project requirementsEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsCommunicate customer concerns and operational issues to managementSupervise Team Leaders and Inspectors to ensure performance and adherence to instructionsOversee scheduling, staffing, and daily logisticsEnsure all project documentation is accurate and completeTroubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to support customer needsWhat You Bring (Required Qualifications)Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production environment (required – candidates without this will not be considered)Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce standards, and hold employees accountable for performance and safetyProven track record of solving operational problems quickly and making sound decisions under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly direct teams and professionally interact with customers and management.Highly effective organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to pass a near-vision assessmentStand for extended periods on various surfacesFrequent bending and repetitive hand movementsLift up to 50 lbs. regularly (occasionally more)Compensation & BenefitsPay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hourBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term DisabilityRetirement: 401(k) planPaid Time Off: Competitive policyReady to Lead?If you’re looking for a leadership role where you can make an impact, grow your career, and be part of a fast-moving team we want to hear from you.
