We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment".Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: Fort Worth, TX (76155) Duration: 18 months (Potential to extend)Pay rate: $68.57/hr. on W2 Job Description:Program and Project ExecutionLead daily execution of the iCargo upgrade program across all phases (planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare)Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsTrack progress against milestones and proactively manage schedule, scope, and budget adherenceConduct daily stand-ups, weekly status reviews, and executive reporting cadencesProduct Management (Cargo Digital Products)Business stakeholders (Cargo Operations, Finance, Compliance)IT engineering and integration teamsExternal vendors (IBS Software, consulting partners)Ensure alignment across global teams, including offshore resources (e.g., HYD delivery teams)Facilitate decision-making through structured governance and escalation processesVendor and Partner Management:Act as primary point of contact for IBS and implementation partnersManage vendor deliverables against SOW commitments and milestonesTrack performance, risks, and dependencies tied to vendor executionCoordinate defect resolution and system readiness with vendors during testing cyclesMinimum Qualifications: Education& Prior Job Experience:5–10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management for large-scale IT implementationsTop 3-5 Skill Set/Years of Experience:Enterprise Project Management Expertise (Large-Scale IT Programs)5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations or system upgradesProven ability to manage full project lifecycle (planning, execution, testing, deployment)Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps)PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferredVendor & Stakeholder Management (Global Delivery Environment)Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors (e.g., IBS or similar enterprise platforms) against SOW deliverablesStrong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and executive leadershipExperience coordinating with offshore/global teams (e.g., India-based delivery models)Excellent communication, escalation, and decision facilitation skillsSystem Upgrade & Testing Leadership (Enterprise Platforms)Hands-on experience managing system upgrades, including SIT, UAT, and production deploymentsStrong understanding of release management, defect triage, and risk mitigation practicesFamiliarity with integrated systems, APIs, and operational platformsExperience in airline, cargo, or logistics systems (iCargo or equivalent) strongly preferredNice to have skills:Experience with cargo/logistics systems (iCargo strongly preferred)Aviation or airline industry experienceFamiliarity with IBS Software platformsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certificationExperience with enterprise integrations (APIs, messaging systems, operational platforms)About ASK: ASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
