Overview: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Shift Lead/Supervisor to oversee our South Orange County locations. The Shift Lead will be responsible for managing valet staff, ensuring high standards of service, and addressing any issues that arise during their operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Scheduling: Thursday - Friday Starting pay is $23 per hour Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus. Previous experience in valet services, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
