The District will provide one (1) year of credit for every completed year of experience with the same or closely related job duties working for a public school district. The District will also provide one (1) year of credit for every two (2) completed years of experience with the same of closely related job duties working for a non-school district employer or private/non-public education employer. If hired, and you have past experience in this position, you will complete our Verification of Experience (VOE) form. The VOE form will be sent to your past employer(s) and once they are completed and returned, the District will review the years of experience and provide service credit as stated above. This will be effective on the most recent pay cycle (not retroactive to the first day of employment).
