Overview
Our Saatchi Dallas office is looking for college seniors and recent graduates who are eager to learn and gain experience with real client work at an agency. Saatchi’s Summer Internship is a paid 9‑week hybrid program from June15to August14 with an opportunity for a 4‑day work week, providing lessons from various departments at an agency, opportunity to work alongside and gain mentorship from advertising professionals and leaders, in addition to working on real client work.
As an intern, we expect you to give us your energy, enthusiasm, and thirst for knowledge, and we’ll give you a hands‑on, insider introduction to working at this advertising agency. More than just a resume‑builder, our internship program will challenge your expectations, broaden your horizons, and show you why advertising is our passion and why we live to influence popular culture.

Responsibilities
Support internal discussions and client meetings by recording meeting notes and disseminating them to the teams.
Assist with projects to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are being met.
Support project requests, including but not limited to production support across multiple vehicles and/or initiatives.
Lead project maintenance requests, including copy deck markups and deck validation.
Conduct competitive analysis/research of industry standards or trends and share findings with the Client Partnership Group.
Manage the execution of enhancements to the digital web and product experiences through an agile development process, including creating briefing material, guiding best practices and client context for creative execution, and coordinating across internal and external teams.
Guide scope, planning, and monitoring to execute the roadmap of projects while fulfilling client needs.
Qualifications
Passion and interest in marketing and advertising industry.
Capacity to learn, grow, and improve on feedback as necessary.
Excellent organization and time management to prioritize workload and multi‑task.
Proficiency in Adobe PDF, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
Experience in Atlassian Jira is preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to apply critical thinking and problem‑solve.
Attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal team members.
Education
Rising college/university senior or 2026 graduate, working toward a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Previous internships are a plus, but not required.

Compensation Range: $> (the company’s pay range for this position as of the posting date). Compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience, with the possibility to modify at any time. Temporary roles may participate in the freelancer/temporary employee medical plan once criteria are met, and may qualify for the 401(k) plan after eligibility.
