Your efforts will directly contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of those who use the facilities daily. *Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure cleanliness standards are met. * Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and safety regulations. * Clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing with suitable equipment. * Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items as needed. * Use cleaning detergents and chemicals safely while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use. * Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order through regular inspection and proper storage. * Communicate effectively with clients or team members regarding cleaning schedules or specific requests. * Assist with outdoor work responsibilities when required, such as trash removal or patio cleaning. * Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts while maintaining high-quality standards. *Skills* * Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or residential housekeeping with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. * Knowledge of various cleaning surfaces and appropriate cleaning techniques for each. * Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and steam cleaners. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling bulky furniture or supplies. * Strong attention to detail for dusting, surface cleaning, and floor care to ensure thorough results. * Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs professionally. * Experience with laundry processes including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stain removal. * Understanding of outdoor work requirements related to cleanliness and maintenance tasks outside the building premises. * Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout your shift. * Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while maintaining a positive attitude and work ethic.
