We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to support client relationships, business development efforts, and project coordination within a fast-paced construction environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating internally with estimating, operations, and sales teams to ensure projects and bids move smoothly from opportunity through execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and follow-upServe as the primary contact for customer accounts and support issue resolution as neededCoordinate bid opportunities, proposals, and project documentationWork closely with estimating and operations teams to support project timelines and deliverablesEnter and manage opportunities, customer information, and project tracking within CRM systemsAssist with proposal preparation, pricing coordination, and scope clarification with builders and contractorsMonitor project progress and provide updates to internal teams and clientsSupport business development initiatives and help identify opportunities for account growthConduct occasional client visits and maintain strong relationships within the construction communityQualifications5+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, purchasing, account management, or related industriesStrong understanding of construction, subcontracting, or building materials environments preferredExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business systemsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred BackgroundsConstruction Account ManagerProject Coordinator or Project ManagerPurchasing Agent or Purchasing ManagerConstruction Operations SupportBuilding Materials Sales SupportCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus bonus potentialHealth benefits and 401(k)Opportunity for long-term career growth within a growing organization
