Order Management Associate, Purchasing

About The OpportunityNetrix Global is seeking a Purchasing Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for the direct purchasing of products to fulfill customer orders. This is a hybrid position located in Bannockburn, IL. How You Will Make An Impact Create and distribute purchase orders with speed and accuracyFacilitate product returns when neededReview and analyze back orders to determine alternate purchasing optionsAdhere to purchasing policies and procedures and maintain established SLA’sEvaluate suppliers by considering price, availability, and other criteriaWork with warehouse and accounts payable to identify purchasing discrepancies and take appropriate actionMonitor and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillmentCollaborate with suppliers on expedited delivery dates, monitoring delivery, and work with suppliers on late deliveries.What You Will Bring To The Table Previous experience in purchasing or other related fields Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detailWarehouse/Shipping experience a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust be able to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or lessAbout Us At Netrix Global our values are the philosophies and principles that we live by.
