Systems Analyst (Oracle HRMS EBS – US)Role: Techno‑Functional Systems Analyst – Oracle HRMS (EBS) Location: United States Shift: US ESTOverviewThis role supports client’s Mobility spin‑off by replicating and stabilizing Oracle HRMS E‑Business Suite (EBS) capabilities. The analyst will work closely with HR, IT, and integration teams to ensure continuity of core HR processes during the transition.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a Techno‑Functional Analyst supporting Oracle HRMS EBSPartner with HR stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirementsSupport configuration and functional design across core HR modulesCoordinate system testing, UAT, and defect resolutionWork closely with technical teams to ensure accurate execution of requirementsProvide functional guidance and resolve complex HRMS issuesSupport Mobility go‑live activities and post‑implementation stabilizationRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands‑on experience with Oracle HRMS EBS (required)Solid techno‑functional background bridging HR operations and IT deliveryExperience supporting enterprise HR systems in regulated environmentsProven experience with testing coordination and UAT executionStrong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
