This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination between builders, plumbers, and internal staff. Key Responsibilities: · Analyze and Review Documentation: Carefully analyze and review detailed job documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. · Appointment Coordination: Reach out to builders to confirm scheduled appointments, ensuring all parties are aligned. · Technology Proficiency: Utilize multiple computer screens, navigate the internet efficiently, and use common software applications to manage tasks. · Effective Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with builders, plumbers, and internal staff to ensure smooth project execution. · Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines. · Adaptability and Teamwork: Be willing to adapt to changes and work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
