We support active construction and airport operations by delivering reliable, safety-focused personnel and solutions in secure and fast-paced environments.Job DescriptionHarper Consulting Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) to support active construction projects at LAX. The CHST will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring OSHA and airport safety compliance, conducting daily site inspections, and working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and airport personnel.Responsibilities• Conduct daily safety inspections and audits onsite• Enforce OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements• Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings• Complete and submit daily safety reports and documentation• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and airport operations• Identify and address potential jobsite hazards• Support active construction operations within secure airport environments• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, project teams, and field personnel• Work effectively in a team-oriented environmentQualifications• Current CHST Certification required• OSHA 30 Certification required• Construction safety experience required• Airport construction experience preferred• Strong communication and leadership skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel• Ability to complete daily safety reports and project documentation• Ability to work well with others and build professional relationships• Ability to obtain and maintain LAX badging/access credentialsLocation: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / Project-Based / ContractHarper Consulting Services, LLC is committed to safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
