Backend Engineer

1、Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with solid foundational knowledge. Minimum 2+ years of backend development experience, with preference given to candidates with international business or overseas user-facing product development experience.2、Proficient in at least one of Java or Go programming languages, with excellent code design skills and strict coding standards. Skilled in applying design patterns to improve engineering efficiency and reduce system complexity and long-term maintenance costs.3、Deep understanding of MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ/Kafka, ElasticSearch, and other common technologies, with knowledge of their core principles and application scenarios. Open-source project contributions are a strong plus.4、Strong understanding of distributed system design, with practical experience in microservices architecture and service governance (e.g., service discovery, configuration management, traffic routing, observability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery). Experience in high-concurrency system design and performance optimization is preferred.5、Strong sense of ownership and business awareness, capable of taking end-to-end responsibility for complex business modules. Excellent cross-team and cross-regional communication and collaboration skills, able to drive problem-solving efficiently and adapt to a diverse, fast-paced international team environment.
