A full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Madera, CA, supporting a school setting within the local school district. This role is ideal for qualified professionals ready to manage a substantial caseload and contribute meaningfully to student speech services during the full school year.Key Qualifications:Valid SLP certification with 2+ years of California school experience requiredMinimum of 1 year experience with Special Education Information System (SEIS)Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and facilitators preferredAbility to manage high caseloads and multiple referrals effectivelyCandidates completing Clinical Fellowship (CFs) will be considered; SLPAs not eligibleBilingual skills are a plus to support diverse student needsLocation and Caseload:Position based onsite in Madera, CAFull-time schedule averaging 37.5 hours per weekSingle full-time opening at an elementary school with a caseload of 60-65 students, approximately 25-30 speech-only studentsLikely SLPA support available to assist with caseloadResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to children in educational settings following district and state guidelinesSupervise and collaborate with support staff and facilitators as applicableMaintain accurate records and data entry using SEISCoordinate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to promote student successThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, school-based environment dedicated to supporting student communication needs.
