Employees are required to be in office at our Philadelphia - PA office locations for any scheduled shifts.Primary DutiesWorks closely with others to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies.Completes, on-time, delivery of electrical services to ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, quality, safety, efficiency and equipment reliability are achieved.Performs preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment, machinery and components as scheduled.Assists with electrical and instrumentation installations, maintenance, repairs and replacements as needed.Maintains favorable working relationship with peers in order to support positive employee morale, productivity and continued improvement.Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma (or equivalent) and four years of field or shop experienceExperienced with repair, maintenance & testing of low, medium and high voltage electrical apparatus, including but not limited to: Motors, Circuit Breaker, Distribution Transformers, and Power TransformersAbility to read and understand & interpret instruction books, wiring diagrams & schematics and company proceduresValid Drivers license requiredMust have a good prior work safety recordMust be able to give and receive direction to maintain a safe work environment.Preferred QualificationsOSHA crane and rigging qualifiedFork Truck qualifiedRespirator qualifiedSpray painting and sandblasting experienceExperienced with Electrical Test Equipment, such as: High Potential Test Set, Double Power Factor Test Set, Low Resistance Measurement Test Set, Transformer Turns Ratio Test SetExperienced with safe rigging techniques and safe operation of overhead and jib cranesExperienced with GE, Powell, Westinghouse, Allis Chalmers, ITE, ABB, Siemens (any or all) 14KV to 13.8KV breakersStrong electrical background with electrical theory, transformers, and mechanical experience and or expertiseBenefitsHourly rates will be paid in accordance with terms of the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience or collective bargaining agreement: $58.97/Hr.Annual Bonus for eligible positions: 4%401(k) match and annual company contributionMedical, dental and vision insuranceLife and disability insuranceGenerous paid time off options, including vacation, sick time, floating and fixed holidays, maternity leave and bonding/primary caregiver leave or parental leaveEmployee Assistance Program and resources for mental and emotional supportWellbeing programs such as tuition reimbursement, adoption and surrogacy assistance and fitness reimbursementReferral bonus programAnd much moreNote: Exelon-sponsored compensation and benefit programs may vary or not apply based on length of service, job grade, job classification or represented status.
