We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded telesales professional to help us open conversations with ecommerce brands about growth.
Uplyft is a CRO agency helping online businesses unlock more revenue from their existing traffic. We work with ambitious brands that are serious about performance — and we need someone who can get us in the room with them. This isn’t about hard selling or running full sales cycles. Your job is simple: spark interest and book meetings.

What You’ll Be DoingFollowing up with contacts who’ve received our email outreach
Calling decision makers at ecommerce brands
Introducing Uplyft and our CRO offering
Gauging interest in a conversation
Booking meetings for our team
Making around30 calls per day / 150 per week
What We’re Looking ForProven telesales or outbound calling experience
Confident speaking with senior stakeholders
Strong communicator with a natural, conversational style
Comfortable with cold outreach
Self‑motivated and reliable
Experience in B2B, services, marketing, or SaaS is a bonus
Earnings£1,000/month basic (part‑time freelance)
10% commission on closed deals
Average contract value ~£50k
OTE £62k+
