Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and while complying with our Safety culture of Zero Harm.Essential FunctionsProject financial responsibilitiesPreconstruction servicesProject start-up and schedulingProject administration, coordination, and close-outPromote client and subcontractor relationsMinimum RequirementsPerform other related duties as neededBachelor's degree (Construction Management degrees preferred) or equivalent experience Internship, or equivalent experience, with a commercial general contractorProficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)Preferred ExperienceOne to three years of previous work experienceFamiliarity with RFIs, change orders, submittals, and punch-listsPreparing sub-contractor meeting minutesThe base compensation range for the role posted above is $90,000 - $97,000 annually.This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
