Description: Description: Batchmaker is responsible for Production of all batched items for use in filling operations Picking,adding and blending raw materials, verifying quality and tracking inventory. Will cleaning and maintain tanks and tank area.Duties and Responsibilities:Obtaining a batch sheet from laboratory supervisorWeighing itemsBringing sample of completed batch to laboratory for testing and approvalAdjusting batch as dictated by laboratoryObtaining and applying tank ticket after laboratory approvalLabeling and filling of tote/drum/pail quantity productsChanging line and raw material filtersOperating and maintaining sodium hypochlorite reclaim systemImmediately reporting any safety/maintenance/equipment issues to the quality managerRequirements: Requirements:Ability to communicate effectively both written + orally in EnglishStrong attention to detailKnowledge of 5S PracticesAbility to stand for a minimum of 8 hours a dayMust be able to lift 50 lbs. and pour 50 lbs. containers of materials regularlyPIfa3d36f5727c-26289-40885564
