Overview:SAFE Business Analyst Position Responsibilities 4 DAYS ON SITENEED SAFe CERTIFICATIONSENIOR LEVEL 10 PLUS YEARSSelection Criteria:Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with 10 plus years relevant experience or bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 10 years relevant experienceAn agile practitioner with experience in ADO; VersionOne; Certified BA, Implementing SAFe (6.0) and/or Scrum Master is preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving ability, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, creativity and business insight, and project management skills.Strong client engagement and demonstrated track record in proactively responding to business user queries/concerns, seeking out opportunities to address user needs or prevent issues from occurring across multiple business units.Proven ability to work on multiple projects and have good time management skillsStrong verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suit and collaboration toolsAbility to excel in a fast-paced and demanding work context.Experience with process tools supporting the SDLC life cycle.Ability to produce high quality work outputs, effectively prioritize and adapt to competing and unexpected demands; ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlinesAble to take personal ownership and accountability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed-upon results and has the personal organization to do so.Skills:
