Additionally, we provide services in interventional pain management, neurology, physical therapy, and certified hand therapy.Equity opportunities are available in our modern ambulatory surgery center, as well as within our management services organization (MSO), and further discussions can be arranged upon request.As we continue to expand our clinical platform with measurable quality outcomes and enhanced patient experiences, we invite you to join our growing team and realize your potential.Primary Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including reviewing medical histories and conducting physical examinations.Employ diagnostic tools such as MRI, CT scans, X-rays, and other imaging techniques to diagnose spinal conditions.Formulate and discuss suitable treatment plans with patients, encompassing both surgical and non-surgical options.Execute advanced surgical procedures, including decompression, fusion, and disc replacement.Oversee patient recovery and address any postoperative complications.Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient recovery.Engage with a multidisciplinary team.Participate in case discussions and team meetings.Stay informed about the latest advancements in spinal surgery and interventional techniques.Maintain precise and timely medical documentation.Ensure adherence to hospital policies, medical regulations, and quality standards.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing clinical protocols.Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.Completion of an accredited residency in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.Completion of a fellowship in Spine Surgery.Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.Valid medical license to practice in Wisconsin.Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, with potential on-call duties.Operating Room/Clinic schedule includes 2 days in the OR, 2 days in the clinic, and 1 flexible day between OR/Clinic/Admin.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis organization is obligated to inform all applicants of their rights under federal employment laws.
