Manufacturing Linux / Network EngineerLocal Candidates ONLY will be considered.📍 Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)💼 Direct Hire - $140-160K DOEAn innovative AI infrastructure company developing next-generation large-scale AI compute technology is seeking a Manufacturing Linux / Network Engineer to support and scale critical IT and network operations across manufacturing environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign and support LAN/WAN infrastructure across manufacturing sites, warehouses, cloud, and corporate environmentsManage high-speed networking (10G/100G), routing, switching, VLANs, BGP, VPNs, and Palo Alto firewallsDeploy and maintain Linux systems (Rocky Linux / RHEL) using automation tools such as Ansible and scriptingMonitor uptime, latency, bandwidth, and infrastructure performance across multiple sitesSupport redundancy, failover, wireless infrastructure, and plant-floor networking hardwarePartner with engineering, operations, OT, and security teams on infrastructure projects and production supportProvide Tier 2/3 support and participate in on-call rotation for critical incidentsRequirements4+ years of Linux and network infrastructure engineering experienceStrong experience with Rocky Linux / RHEL, DNS, DHCP, and NFSHands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and enterprise networkingStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, OSPF, and BGPExperience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, or similar platformsInfrastructure automation experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar toolsExperience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant-floor environments preferredStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsPreferredPython scripting and network automationCloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with SD-WAN, Grafana, Zabbix, or MES platformsGreat opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI infrastructure technology in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
