The role also involves team development, collaboration with property management and development teams, and a strong emphasis on compliance and risk management.Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for business administration, finance, or real estate, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in asset management, real estate, or property management, particularly in the affordable housing sector.
