Senior Accountant - IT Finance

Job Description: Develop strong relationships with Department managers to monitor financial controls Coordinate accounting and financial processes for efficiency Maintain general ledger and submit accurate financial data Lead month-end variance analysis Oversee month end general ledger reconciliations Train new personnel and monitor their progress Ensure timely completion of specialty focus tasks Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Three (3) years of accounting experience CPA preferred Hospital based or healthcare accounting experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of Excel and ability to work with computer databases and spreadsheet software Benefits: Competitive salary Professional development opportunities Support performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives
